✨ meet rapunzel ✨
this is my new baby!! her name is rapunzel (punzel, punzy, punz, or pun for short), she’s 7-8 weeks old, and she loves to play!!
You think you’re the only one who dreams of bigger things? Of adventure? (at Magic Kingdom Festival of Fantasy Parade)
Did you ever have an erotic fantasy that skips the erotic part?
The other morning I was lying in bed, enjoying a reverie of Elsa, Anna, Rapunzel, Ingrid, and Blue Dress Lady all trapped in an unheated cabin by a blizzard (Tropes: There Was Only One Bed, Have To Share Body Heat, Stuck In Snowstorm.) And the five of them were in their slips, cuddling under the blankets, not sleepy because they were doing this for the life-saving warmth not because it was bedtime. And no one started making out! They just cuddled and talked, sometimes changing positions so everyone got a turn in the middle where it's warmest, enjoying the coziness that you only get when it's really cold but you're snuggling under the covers with someone.
What's up with that?
9 - Anna, Blue Dress Lady, Cassandra, Elsa, Ingrid, and Rapunzel
Who would win a pillow fight? All of them. They’re all winners. But if you want a breakdown…
Anna: Would begin strong. Would actually start the pillow fight herself, and get in quite a few good licks…er, pillow hits, I mean… But with so many targets she’d get overwhelmed, flailing ineffectually in all directions and collapse in a puddle of giggles, sitting it out and just watching and laughing.
Rapunzel: Would have giddy fun at first, but lacks the competitive, combative drive to really get into it. After a couple of minutes she’d join Anna, watching and commenting and occasionally foofing a stray ticklish down feather off her nose.
Blue Dress Lady: She’d join in, but not really get into the fight part of pillow fighting, bopping people halfheartedly. She just likes being around, and “accidentally” bumping into, all these pretty women in their nightclothes, especially Elsa who she totes is crushing on. (You saw her expression at the coronation.) And because of that crush she’d be distracted and get knocked sideways by Cassandra.
Ingrid: Did you ever see a cat that wanted to hit someone but knew she wasn’t supposed to? Raising her paw, lowering it again, raising it, holding it in the air, lowering it? That’s Ingrid, trying to bop Elsa. She’d sort of gently poke her because she knows Elsa wants her to join in. But somebody else, say Cassandra, hits her queen? It is on, b-word! Ingrid is stronger than she looks, and very determined. She starts laying into Cass like a pillow-fighting machine. But Cassandra is a trained fighter and, unlike Ingrid, can keep her head in combat. She sees that Ingrid is on tilt and seriously takes her down, using her pillow to pin Ingrid safely against the mattress until she can calm down a bit. Elsa gives Ingrid a cautioning “you’ve gone a little too far” look, and Ingrid rolls off to the sidelines to be comforted by Punzy and Anna.
Cassandra: Oh, this is what she was born to do. Close quarter fighting and sexy women? She is in her element. She has an eye for how people move, she has the strength to maneuver effectively even if she’s on unsteady terrain (i.e. crawling around on a mattress), and can actually parry a pillow, not just duck or absorb a hit. She gives Elsa a cocky smile and makes a little “bring it” gesture with her free hand.
Elsa: She may not have the hand-to-hand experience that Cassandra does, but she’s very smart, very observant, very focused, and very determined. She pillow-fights cautiously and strategically, letting Cass come to her, only bopping when she has a clear swing. The rest of the girls are cheering them on, but Anna’s finding that the seriousness is bringing her down. “Lighten up you two! It’s just a game! Get silly and have fun!”
Cass cocks her head. She takes her games seriously.
Elsa smirks. “Let’s get silly,” she snarls.
“WHOOOO!” Cass jolts a foot off the covers as an icy cold blast of wind and snow shoots up her nightdress. While she’s flailing, Elsa winds up and pillow-whacks her halfway off the bed.
“I concede, I concede!” Cass says as Punzy hauls her back onto the mattress. “Although I’m not sure that’s in the official pillow fighting rules.”
As Elsa accepts the congratulatory hugs and snuggles she replies, “All’s fair in love and pillows.”
Serious sexual tension in the Rapunzel/Cassandra merch.
