it's almost 1am, I've been up since 1130pm trying not to itch a hole through my skin. my whole. fucking. body. itches - except my face and feet. my hands itch, behind my knees itch. my armpits itch. fucking everything. none of my ice packs are cold enough, I wiped down my body with a cold face cloth and ended up shivering, BUT STILL ITCHY. this is literal torture and I'm gonna have to call my doctor and beg them for some sort of prescription. I'm losing my fucking mind.

임신성 소양성 팽진구진반, PUPPP란?

PUPPP는 임신으로 인한 양성 피부 질환으로, 비교적 흔합니다. 1-2mm 정도 되는 매우 가려운 구진들이 생기는 것이죠. 쉽게 말씀 드리면 엄청나게 가려운 반점들이 생기는 것입니다. 보통은 임신 후반기에 많이 발생하지만, 약 15%는 출산 후에 발생하기도 합니다. ​발진은 보통 배와 윗 허벅지에 발생하는 경우가 97%입니다. 몸의 trunk에 생기는 것이죠.
