My experience with www.fckh8.com
I'm sure most of you have seen the "Some chicks marry chicks, get over it" shirts, along with "some kids are gay, that's ok" and "Fckh8". They're adorable and convey a great message. So, I went to their website and order the "Some chicks marry chicks, get over it" t-shirt. It was inexpensive, $20, and the order was easy to complete.
Everything was great until about a week later, when I hadn't received my shirt. I figured maybe they were running late so I waited another week. Still no shirt. 3 weeks later, I got fed up and called. No answer. I called the next day still no answer. And they had already billed my credit card (which businesses aren't supposed to do until an order is shipped out). I emailed them, no reply. Finally, 5 days after I left the first voicemail, I got an extremely unprofessional call from one their employees saying that I "should be getting my stuff soon".
One month later, no shirt. I just got off the phone with another very unprofessional, rude employee who mumbled something about warehouses and shipping and getting a new shipping of merchandise this week.
So, long story short, don't buy from them. I think that their intent is god; spreading awareness and trying to reach people about the message of equality. But the way they go about is unprofessional and disorganized.
