for that anon: When Im sad, I like to write things down and get it out of my system! You are likely the find the root of your sadness by just getting everything out in one go! It's also easier to cheer yourself up when you finally figure out what you're sad/anxious/upset about! A lot of times when I am sad, I have no clue what's gotten me into the mood and nothing really cheers me long enough up bc I dont know whats up! Hope it helps and hope you feel better soon <3 hugs
