I did take some rest but I decided to do a short session today. When I woke up it was 57F so i decided to wear leggings, got to the court and it had hit 80F. 🙄 so I was a little salty about that. But you work through it and it was a decent session I was definitely slower due to how I feel right now but I feel good about at least getting a little tennis in.
