I like the “what would these characters look like if they were dfab and cis in an alternate universe?”art and gifsets.... though I understand that that’s generally not the implications behind “genderswap” art/gifsets and is pretty transphobic most of the times. There’s The Mirror which includes dfab cis!Dean in an alternate universe which I enjoyed, but otherwise, yeah. I’ve never written any, and don’t really plan on it as of right now.

this is a tricky one for me, because I like the idea theoretically, but I’ve never actually read any which I enjoyed? haha it’s probably because I dislike internalized homophobia for Dean, which is a common theme associated with the trope. I’ve never written any and hmm, I’m not really sure if I’ll ever write any.

(I would really love to see this happening in canon though >__> obviously written by Berens or Thompson)
