For Audrey; Can’t help Falling in Love by Elvis Presley. Destiel

Castiel had been living with Sam and Dean Winchester for over a year now. Through all of that time, he’s never actually had alone bunker time before. That is, until tonight. Sam and Dean both agreed that the current case they were working was too complicated for Cas, and for him to stay home.

As soon as Castiel had bid his partings with the boys and heard the roar of the Impala engine, followed by the sound of nothing, a rush of happiness and excitement pumped through his blood.

First, Cas searched the entire bunker, just to make sure that neither of the brothers had come back into the bunker. Once he knew the coast was clear, he immediately ran into his room and threw his trench coat, suit jacket, fancy dress shoes, and suit pants onto the bed until he was wearing nothing but his white button down shirt and striped boxers.

Castiel climbed onto his rather large bed and began to jump up and down like a child. And then then most brilliant idea ever came to mind. Cas quickly hopped off the bed and scurried into the older Winchester’s room.

Castiel had flipped through Dean's album collection, hoping to find the right song. The Offspring, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Billy Squier. None of the amazing artists caught his eye, and then he found the correct album.

An Elvis record. Blue Hawaii. It was Castiel’s favorite album of all time. The angel took the flawless black record out of it’s case and slid it carefully onto the record player. After having put the thin needle onto the record, he grabbed one of the blades that sat on Dean’s desk, and  jumped onto the bed.

“Wise mannnnn saaaaiiiidddddddd,” Castiel sang into Dean's blade as he swiveled his hips to the rhythm of the guitar. “Only fooooolllssssss ruuuushhhhh innnnnnnnnnnnn….”

“But I can't help-” Castiel said as Dean's door opened and a very confused and freckled man stood in the foot on the frame.

“Falling in love with you…” Dean sang confidently as he looked up at the blue eyed boy.

For a minute, Castiel completely forgot about his current apparel, which was practically nothing. He stood atop of the bed and and dropped the blade besides him. The album continued to play and Cas and Dean shared a smile with blood red cheeks.

“Come on.” Dean said as he walked over and stood on top of the bed, besides Castiel. “Don’t stop now.”

Castiel grinned a dimpled smile and grabbed the blade from the bed and pulled to mouth level between him and Dean.

“... Darling so it goes, somethings were meant to be.” Castiel sang into the edge of the blade as him and Dean never broke their stare. Dean smiled and and couldn’t believe he spent so many months, years wasting his time on one night stands when the love of his life was in his bedroom singing songs by Elvis.

This was the first time in what felt like ages when Dean Winchester kissed someone, and knew it meant forever.
