“….’some sort’ he says….” That hurt far more then the other man probably intended it to. But the fact that he was a fallen angel and had his halo broken ever so slightly was something that pained Crimvael, though he at least still thought that he had the looks that came with his angelic kin to brush off any thoughts that he was anything less then an angel. Clearly, he was wrong in this case. “Yes, i am. But its not sort of, I really am an angel. Exactly like its says on my name tag. I also thought my halo was a bit of a tip off.”
Indeed he hadn’t meant for the words to be hurtful, but he sort of blabbed before he had the time to think about what he was saying. It was too late by this point to go back. Hanamaki hummed, looking the smaller one over more thoroughly. The broken halo was mostly what threw him off the loop, with his “some sort”.
“Heee.... a real one, huh? How come you’re this far from.... ....home?”
Not that it was a witches business what the smaller one was up to, but it probably wouldn’t hurt to ask. Maybe.
