He's a married, Southern, cop. He believes in second chances. Sometimes can be aloof and a himbo and gets phrases/words wrong, but generally means well. (originally played by Spaceboy)

James Randal's son, James Randal. Hasn't kept in contact with his father whatsoever though. Relatively normal compared to other Los Santos citizens, but that's subject to change. Was in a submarine for a couple years as a cook, so likes to try and socialise with people when he gets the chance. Likes to fish on the weekends. Falls into his father's mannerisms when scared or provoked. (originally played by Spaceboy)
