Sorrel leaves brought a sourness which balances the creamy sauce. My leftover sweetcorn batter was the starting point of breakfast for my sister and I. Sweetcorn fritters topped with poached eggs, avocado seasoned with salt, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Friday night dinner was my curry spiced sweetcorn fritter topped with Suya spiced beef mince. Coconut candy is a fond childhood memory. My version includes pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flaked almonds, coconut flakes, crystallised ginger all bound together with @louisas_honey. Utterly yummy.
