I have the feeling that there will be a timeskip between seasons 2 and 3. The Boba Fett show will likely take place between the two, and we will probably see Din in that, and in season 3 we get to see more of Grogu and Din. I mean, Grogu is said to have been trained before, maybe Luke just helps him remember and then calls Din and tells him he can pick his son up from preschool now. Either way, I sincerely doubt that they won't have Grogu in season 3.
Probably, since there was a timeskip between 1 and 2. And I don’t think Grogu’s gone at all, he makes way too much merch money, but I am wary of them “transferring” him to another show. They’re already talking like the shows in the same era will be interconnected, which.... I don’t wanna follow three shows just to see my faves. (Also nothing come hell or high water will make me watch the Ahsoka show, not even Grogu and Din. I’d rather just see them via gifsets or YouTube clips than give Disney any views of that.)

Yeah like I said I am somewhat wary of them shifting Grogu to another show. But again I think Favreau and Filoni, at least, know the appeal is Din and Grogu together. So I’m not gonna be super worried about it until we start getting Season 3 footage that indicates how things might go. And even if they do go to shit? Fic writing!
