I just happened to be leaving a wonderful lunch for @theflowerbx at the @themarkhotelny (more on this in my Stories) when @thelambezeproject alerted me that she just finished decorating the townhouse of @nyctwinsdad so I ran over to take some pics before all the other Instagramers could get to it. I’m over the snow since we’re now in the mucky slush phase which is far less romantic than the white blanket that initially covered the city. So let’s move on to another favorite house on my street as seen decorated for the past three years. I’ve actually posted 2019 first since I’m a sucker for red bows. They always look so festive and brighten up the neighborhood in winter. The second photos was taken at dusk last week and the third photo is from 2018. I did try to take a photo in the snow but couldn’t get back far enough because of a car and huge snow bank. See why I’m over it?! It was 60 degrees today so I went downtown for a walk in the West Village with @margueritewincek. It’s always fun when someone recognizes a house I’ve featured as their own or someone else’s. This one happens to belong to the boss of my neighbor. I also took a cute photo of a woman and child on Fifth Avenue that turned out to be the mother and son of a woman who lives in my neighborhood. New York really is a small world. Happy Holidays! P.S.
