Is house owners are gods???? #$%
I recently had a bitter experience with my apartment owner when i vacate. Especially on returning the deposit amount. They started finding small scratches on the kitchen table(ofcourse, if you use kitchen regularly it will happen) and started asking for money to replace the entire table at our cost.
Does any one has similar experience irrespective of the location???? This is not to find solution for issue, just to put down our anger towards that money minded evils.
