Find a break in the rain and get out to the Garden! Loving this late winter rain and excited for spring right around the corner. Even if dark and cloudy right now it already feels like spring out here... Crabapples and daffodils blooming around the Great Meadow, Anemone coronaria adding a beautiful, early pop of red to the Mediterranean Garden, still some late Magnolias - M. x soulangeana ‘Picture’, M. ‘Athene’, and M. x veitchii all still looking lovely, the otherworldly, gorgeous Puya alpestris has begun to flower in the Succulent Garden, and California pipevine and Franciscan manzanita are providing some late winter flower action in the California Native Garden.
