A bunch of puzzles with a bottle of liquid that when you drink it gives you the ability to change one letter in the word of anything around you. There might be more limiting versions of them, and ones that affect verbs, and so on.

Brickman gives us two ideas:
Your husband's corpse. This is... your husband's corpse. Yes, he was a soldier. Yes, the order to engage in combat was given to him and he was given a token offer to throw down his sword. But... he was only defending his home, his village, his empire. And those... knights of legend, they struck him down and did not even care. When one of their own fell they were said to spend a week in mourning for her; when they slew an enemy general they gave him a proper eulogy for all their army to hear. But your husband, whose name they had never heard and whose face they did not recognize, was nothing to them, just like the three dozen others they cut down on this very day. Fate, if it exists, is on their side; these four men could win against an army with ease. You will fail, and when you do they will take no note of you and your name will be forgotten. To them you are nothing. But... you have to try. You have to at least try to avenge his death, to tell the universe that it is not acceptable to ignore some while favoring others, that you are not nothing. Even if you know you will fail. Even if to Fate you truly are nothing.
And this weird puzzle shit one:
You get a normal person-in-a-series-of-rooms-probably-with-weird-puzzle-shit-or-something plot, except each room has one or more green or red signs in it. The signs are actually rules about the posts in the thread. For instance, the first room might have a red sign with the words "Sign" and "Door" on it, and any person whose post contained the words "sign" or "door" would have his post ignored. The next room might have a green-bordered "Sentence Sentence Sentence" or "word word word word word word word" on it, and any post which was not three sentences or seven words would be ignored. As things went the rules would become more and more draconian, banning letters or demanding haikus or whatever else the author can think of; rules would be per room but the number of signs would gradually increase. Also by about room three there should be a red sign with a picture of someone whispering, meant to mean "Intentionally failing to obey the rules for the sake of planning while the protagonist can't hear you isn't allowed".
Prof. Luigi gives us this premise:
You are in a test facility with the newest device, "The Item Combiner". To test it, an obstacle course has been set up, and you have to solve each obstacle through combining the given items to make new items to help you pass the obstacles. Sounds awesome to me!
Locked rooms...impossible crimes...whodunit?
