          “please stop talking..” he was nursing a MASSIVE migraine at the moment, wanting more than anything to be in a nice dark, quite part of the city but that wasn’t happening anytime soon.

Skilled, three digit fingers snagged a high value Mystic book from the seller's booth. With the item in hand, HighTech darted behind the booth, momentarily making eye contact with a rather odd looking Yokai. It wore a purple headband. With a sigh of annoyance, HighTech ducked into the crowd of people, then exited into an alleyway. He glanced at a piece of tech on his wrist, which displayed the meetup point he was supposed to head towards. A fleeting feeling of guilt rose in his chest. This book had belonged to someone, and he just took it from them. Tech quickly tried to shove the feeling down.

He began his trek once more, following his coordinates. However, something felt off. The bug-like alien froze, eyes narrowing. His antenna twitched. Someone had followed him. His free hand was quick to snatch his knife from where it sat on his thigh. "What do you want?" His voice came out as a growl.

He doesn’t quite know why he’s apologizing for that, really. It’s not like he can help if he’s losing blood, but the apology comes to mind anyways. Though, it does get him trying to lean less on the elder, standing wobblily on his own feet. He was suddenly pretty dizzy, that... probably wasn’t good.
