One of my best friend’s father also voted Trump because he didnt want to be led by a woman. And my parents refused to vote because they didnt like either of them. They are killing us. I am so angry and hurt and the fact that THEY DONT UNDERSTAND is unbearable. But stay strong! We can still beat this. Final results aren’t official until the 29th.

Yeah... the older generation fucking with us again and again. This feels like Brexit all over again, except, y’know, a little closer to home. Wait, it is home. Fuck this.

It is just the worst when you literally cannot make yourself happy. And then when you combine it with the anxiety of not accomplishing anything it’s just the best feeling in the world!!! But you know, it’s important to take it one day at a time. And its ok if you need to feel down and its ok if you can’t do anything today, you will. Maybe tomorrow. Or maybe the next day. Or maybe it will take you 10 months! The important thing is to be kind to yourself. :) *hugs*

Ahh yeah, this is a really good reminder to myself that it’s okay for me to have bad days and stuff. ^^; I’m actually doing a lot better today than when I posted this, but regardless I’m really glad you took the time to write this kind message, especially since I know I’ll need the reminder when depression decides to hit me like a truck again.
