My take on a pylsur (Icelandic hot dog).

I couldn't get the exact hot dogs used, but even then, the toppings on this were incredible. Per this post, I boiled the hot dog in a mixture of beer and water, and steamed the bun. I also put chopped raw onions, fried onions and ketchup underneath the dog and remoulade and Dijon mustard on top.
