4 the other asker, problems with the ut fandom (short version): rude & entitled people (from my experience), erasure of canon f/f ship, LOTS of nsfw/generally unacceptable artwork/fanworks of underage characters, the very vocal fans i've met tend to be giant jackasses but that's more of an individual problem. i'm sure i didn't catch everything lol

That is a good summation of it. Other things I’ve generally seen: Constant arguments about headcanons of characters in passive aggressive to outright threatening ways and not tagging nsfw material in the proper tags.
