Hey Alysson! Working on anything internet based lately? I've been doing some rewatch of AOJE and All's Fair and would be super stoked to what other characters you've got up your sleeve!! Hello and Thank-yooou and kind of! 

Nessa and I have been working to develop a couple of things. We have a web-series on the back-burner right now for a handful of reasons (mostly time and money and people which are all the things you need to make web-series), and then Nessa’s been working on another web-series which I’m excited about (I’ve read first drafts - very funny and awesome!!), and she’s involved in assistant producing an indie film. I’ve been writing a play and I’m in rehearsal for a play this summer called ‘A Prayer for Owen Meany’ at the Jericho Theater. And we’re both hoping to write and produce a short film together this summer. So there are web things coming… I just don’t exactly know WHAT things, or WHEN things. But when I do know know details - I will absolutely share details everywhere. 

A big thank-you  to you and everyone that is still supportive and excited for new things! It warms the cockles of our hearts, and drives us to keep writing and acting and making new things in all the ways we can!  You’re the best! :))

Yooo tell me about your vampire OCs

Ohhhhhhh boy howdy you don’t wanna hear this lmfao

They’re from when I was 15 so literally a decade ago. They’re paper thin and lame. I’m considering reworking them to make them less cringey but...

They’re siblings, the boy is Shou and the girl is Chishio. They live together and their parents are dead and they’re still upset about it years later (reasonable). They go to a dumb night school for non-humans (like any self respecting anime character). Chishio is one of those anime girls that’s uncomfortably into her brother. 

The general “plot” was that Shou goes out to feed or w/e and comes across a girl wandering around in the middle of the night like she’s lost. She has like a really enticing scent or some bullshit and he grabs her and bites her, but doesn’t actually drink any of her blood bcus right away it tastes like poison and he spits it out. 

And the girls turns out to have a rare type of blood that’s actually deadly to vampires, and like, Shou’s parents killed her parents but also died in the process so he has a grudge against her, and also cus i mean, she’s basically a walking weapon to his race so he essentially kidnaps her to keep other vampires from dying cus of her. 

And Chishio is jealous of Shou hanging around another girl or something? But she also has a grudge against the girl who is tangentially related to their parents dying, so she and Shou try to figure out a way to kill her cus I guess she’s immortal or something. 

And she’s kinda just, along for the ride cus life is already so goddamn weird yknow?

alright, one more OC question. I just. really like Fallout and I really like hearing about people's Fallout OCs ahahah. What are Dom and Nat's feelings on Ghouls?

They’re both pretty indifferent on non-feral ghouls. Nat lives in Megaton and actually is pretty fond of Gob, but his appearance makes her kinda squeamish (she tries not to let it show though bcus she doesn’t want to be rude). FERAL ghouls freak her out a LOT though. Their snarls and gangly bodies and gross blistery skin almost give her nightmares.

To Dom, non-feral ghouls are just people. BUT, he has a lot of fun fighting feral ghouls. He’s not scared of them like Nat is; he gets kinda excited when he comes across one because taking them out is a fun challenge.

Did Dom leave anyone behind at Talon that he was close with? Does he ever regret his decision or second-guess it?

He was closest with another merc named Lloyd, but they weren’t even that close. They just traveled together most often and gotten to know each other moderately well. They all liked the job more than he did and actively enjoyed the carnage and cruelty, whereas he sort of enjoyed some of it, but had to play his part and pretend he loved it.

He doesn’t regret it at all. Having a target painted on his back isn’t great, but the shadow of what he’s done weighs on him constantly. As far as he’s concerned, his karma is so bad that he could spend the rest of his life trying to make up for it and not even make a dent. He’s very glad he got out when he did.

yesss OC questions okay so! Why did Dom leave the Talon Company? Like was there a specific thing that happened that made him go "yeah no I'm done with this shit" or was it a slow realization that he didn't like the lifestyle of being an indiscriminate mercenary? What does Nat think of Dom's past as a Talon merc?

It was kind of a slow build-up leading to Dom leaving, but the decision happened all at once. He wasn’t a huge fan of killing innocent people from the get-go (which, yknow, came with the territory), but he numbed himself to it for a while. The last straw was one particular day when he and a couple other mercs were sent to basically torch an entire town because they were harboring one guy that Talon had beef with. Dom decided “nah, uh-uh, thats way too many casualities over ONE dude. not doing it.” and ducked out one night while the other mercs were asleep. 

Nat is lowkey TERRIFIED of it lol. He’s upfront about it and tells her pretty much right away that he deserted and now they’re after him (like within 12 hours of meeting her) and she is pretty much ready to either run or kill him right away. But he reminds her “hey, if i wanted to hurt you, you’d be dead already.“ And she figures he’s got a point but that doesn’t stop her being pretty fuckin freaked out.

She starts trusting him more as time goes on (especially after he saves her ass a number of times) but she’s always a teeeeeensy bit concerned about him slaughtering more people than she can count.
