My Opinion on;

Character in general: Warrior of Light, Hydaelyn's chosen; so on and so forth with the myriad of titles. He’s the poster boy for the entire XIV franchise. Admittedly, at first, I was kind of indifferent to him. But that was more in the sense that I saw him as the character that you projected your character on, not one with an actual story behind him. It was only later around SHB with Ardbert and the rest that I was like “wait... WAIT” and then I started to pay attention and realised how much of the XIV story is tailored to him specifically. Which isn’t to say that a person can’t put their own character in his place, but I think it’s really cool it’s both your WoL and then the canonical WoL following the same story. Also, he’s just really hot from SHB onwards. How they play them: What I think is really cool about Meteor is also the thing that I think makes him difficult to play. Because his existance also faciliates self-insertion, there’s a tonne of different ways you can interpret his character based on flavour text, cutscene choices, etc. But what I think is telling about how good your Meteor is as a character is how you navigate these difficulties to create a character that feels real and authentic. Meteor is weird in that there is so much and yet so little content for him, and I think I’d feel self-conscious after a time that I wasn’t staying true to character with that harsh dichotomy. I don’t think this with yours at all. I like that you keep the quintessential elements ( looking at you stoic head nod ), but you also change the character up in a way that’s fun and consistent for the broad WoL. It’s really impressive and why I enjoy following your blog so much. The Mun: Aries, you are one of the nicest people in the XIV fandom and your presence on my dash is a joy. Whilst I make it no secret that the sudden boom of role-players with EW made me uncomfortable ( which is no one person’s fault, I am literally just someone who thrives in smaller fandoms ) I have never felt uneasy with you. You take the time out to interact with pretty much everyone, constantly uplifting and endorsing their interpretations - canon or original character alike - and you give so much to the community as a whole. They are richer for your presence; as I am I for being a part of it. I really enjoy being able to share a space with you!

RP with them: I can’t recall if we’ve done anything on Lightning specifically, but we did when I was on my XIV ( plus some stuff with Yuna before I moved her onto @abyssine ). So it’s like... yes, but no. Want to RP with them: Always. Gimme.

Overall Opinion: If you want to know the life and times of the Meteor Survivor, hit up Aries’ interpretation. You will not be disappointed. The muse is a hilarious himbo and Aries is one of the sweetest people out. Thank you for your time.
