i've been away from tumblr for ages

BUT i hope this week I'll have a little more time to post. Anyway, my question of the day is: can death be an answer to death? (yes, I'm referring to Qadafi's death). Do you think it was right? 

I'm seriously confused about this topic. On the one side, he is the author of thousands of deaths, but at the same violence is not the solution. Don't know what to think...

An ominous portent

Though uninsightful, Wikipedia's entry on Gaddafi's death does seem to have a haphazard warning contained with this little summary (emphases mine):

The killing of Gaddafi is thought to have many regional implications in the Middle East, as part of the "Arab Spring" revolts and uprisings. It's predicted that his death will intensify protesting in Syria and Yemen, and might lead to revolutions in Bahrain and Algeria. The massive oil and gas reserves under Algeria's posession is critical to America and Europe's futures. A revolution in Algeria could possibly halt the flow of oil from there for several months, as happened in Libya. French officials have stated that they are "watching the Algerian situation".[40]
