some people are SO pressed about Croatia winning.

yall keep saying that brazil should've won cause it's neymar's last wc. like bro's 30yo, if he wanted to he could play 2 more world cups?? and modric is 37 so it is probably his last wc.

but that's not even the point, brazil would've won if they were better, but Croatia found a way to get through them and that's it. yes, they won on penalties but a win is a win right? or does that only work when the favourite wins. if brazil won noone would bat an eye. how did you think Cro was gonna play against the number one favourite?

also about the referee. yes he made some very obvious mistakes ON BOTH SIDES. there should've been another one or two yellow cards for Cro, but also that foul on juranovic should've been a red card. but in the end he's the referee and he made his decisions. and to the people saying Croatia paid the referee, do you know anything about geography??? Croatia is a balkan country, where would they find the money to pay something like a quarter final game referee? bffr.

i still don't completely understand why people look at Croatia as an easy opponent, they were literally 2nd on the last wc. always glad to see the underdog win though.

all in all, a very interesting game, intense and suspenseful. sad to see brazil go, but one team must. good luck Cro <3
