The new #Qatar787 coming to life at Boeing
Qatar Airways receives first Boeing 787
Boeing has delivered the first Boeing 787 to Qatar Airways ZA461 (A7-BCB, LN58). However this was a contractual delivery which means all the paperwork was signed and the customer Qatar Airways has made the final payment for the aircraft.
The aircraft will A7-BCB, will now fly to Victorville for couple of week to undergo work on it Thales IFE system which has been the biggest issue on the aircraft for a while now. After its completion on the schedule work it will return to Everett for a formal delivery which shall take place on 17th or 18th of October before the aircraft is flown to Doha,Qatar.
