I am LOVING the community aspect of QE s3.

Queer Eye Season 3 has two episodes in a row of people fostered or adopted by people who go to church and were super religious. Due to the locality it’s a pretty easy guess these were some brand of Evangelical Christian. Christians go through waves of being urged to adopt children to “save” them. And both homes were abusive and traumatic for these people. Evangelicals are evil. They claim all this holiness but they cause so much harm. They claim grace, but give judgement. They claim love, but give hate.

Instead of restricting LGBT people from adopting kids, how ‘bout we start restricting bigoted people from adopting kids. >:(
