Qizeau is one of the most powerful gods of Earth.
His role on Earth is what humans shall and shall not see, like whether or not they see spirits or not, the spiritual realm, etc.
He is tired all the time since he has to keep on having to keep his eyes open practically all the time and having to keep his current form; his original being a gooey entity with the wings, horns, and halo but with a buncha eyes.
the hanging cloth can be taken off btw. I was wanting to show how the long sleeves were connected to the half shirt and that the cloth around the torso has a open space for the arms to come out of and connect to the back
