A drunken story:I’m really not that interesting of a drunk, to be honest, but I do have quite a few about my friends. There was this time a few years ago, I think it was around Christmas, maybe. My friends and I had been hanging out and drinking a bit, but around 2 AM, one of the guys got a craving for Waffle House. No one was sober enough to drive though, but he was so insistent on going to Waffle House to see this one waitress named “Boogie.” We kept telling him no, so he eventually just threw himself face down on the ground and had a complete tantrum. To get him to stop, a few of my friends and I went to hide in my room. Turned the lights off and tried to make him think everyone went to bed. He actually believed the trick for a while, but he still wouldn’t let it go. I can’t remember what happened next, but the next thing I knew, he was passed out on my floor. I can’t remember if this was the same night or not, but the same guy also helped me decorate my room for Christmas, but ended up just hanging ornaments on my sweater instead of on the actual tree, and didn’t even realize it.I have a ton of drunk friend stories, but I’m usually that person who tries to keep themselves under control the whole time. The only thing my friends hold over my head is my tendency to tweet while drunk. Also there was a gross, messy Spin-the-Bottle experience one spring break, but sadly I can’t claim being drunk for that one.
