My name is Amber. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, this would be the first time I was prescribed Prednisone to help bring down the inflammation in my intestines. Then in October of 2021 I went into another flare and was prescribed Prednisone for the second time and the steroid induced insomnia hit hard. She was determined never to let where she’s been define her nor ever dwell in the past failures, disappointments and broken hearts. I literally cannot NOT talk about it… How good it feels to feel GOOD. I get asked about my daily routine a lot. So here it is… the basics of it… Morning: 🌱Q Core packet (our Vitamin trio called Q Core comes in AM + PM packets already conveniently divided up) 👊🏼 Collagen-tablespoon of both of our liquid collagens (purple bottle for hair growth, wrinkles, nails + gold bottle for muscle build and fat burn) 🥛Protein Shake- mix vanilla shake with ice, water and some fruit.
