idk man watching people who i enjoyed qsmp with enthusiastically and uncritically supporting qsmp2 is just really disappointing. like during the whole of qsmp and afterwards they were all "thank you so much to the admins, they are amazing and helped make this server so special 🥰" but then turning around and celebrating qsmp2??? when all the original qsmp admins are STILL uncompensated for all the incredible work they put in, and have recieved not even an apology for all the mistreatment and abuse they experienced. and from what i can tell, its likely the situation behind the scenes hasnt really changed and the current admins are also being overworked and taken advantage of. and i cant even put it down to ignorance because several of these people have shared the how quackity studios got away with workplace abuse document/video. and yet they are still saying "guysss we have to remember that quackity didnt know about the abuse 🥺 it was all the eeeevil higher ups fault and had nothing to do with him 🥺 dont think about the fact that it is HIS studio with HIS name and branding attached 🥺 he cant be held responsible for the workplace conditions of his own studio 🥺 and hes definitely been putting in the work to make sure this never happens again 🥺 just ignore the fact that there is absolutely no evidence to suggest he has done anything about it 🥺 and before the server had even launched there was already signs that the current admin team were not capable or equipped to run a project of this scale 🥺 none of this is quackitys fault we just need to keep giving him the benefit of the doubt over and over and over and ov
