#is this really that uncommon. huh.#i feel somewhat vindicated. i knew my secondary school's 'behaviour policy' was fucked #you would get a 1hr after school detention if you didnt bring your homework but also #if you didnt have one of your exercise books or a reading book or your lanyard or you were late to school #or if you didnt have one of the things on the list of required stationary or it was broken #and you werent even allowed to do homework or anything in detention it was just 'sit in a room for an hour and think about what youve done'#despite this i actually never got a detention. i did however☝️ develop an anxiety disorder
