MYZHARBOT WORKS
finally Pandaboard ES has a stable Ubuntu 12.04 operating system, I successfully compiled OpenCV 2.4.8 and Qt 5.2.1 (no cross compiling, I compiled onboard!!!).
RoboControllerServer runs on the Pandaboard and I can control MyzharBot remotely via WiFi by notebook and by ANDROID!
Also the Webcam server is running and the remote GUI shows the video streaming from the webcam suited in front of the robot.
This is not the final step of MyzharBot project,
