Sebastian

• How I feel about this character

He's a cutie patootie, my sunshine. <3 I find him really cute and feel sorry for him when it comes to some aspects of his life. He lives with his mom, half-sister and step-father. His step-father is kind of mean for him, favouring his daughter Maru. No one takes Sebastian's freelancing seriously, thinking he's just scrolling through the internet.

• All the people I ship romantically with this character

I don't ship him with anyone other than the farmer. I really like to look at people's arts of their own farmer with Sebastian. But other than that, I honestly don't see him with anyone else. He got a crush on Abigail, but it's mostly mentioned and the player needs to mostly deduce it themself. And I think it starts to change after the player hits 6 hearts with him? But I don't really ship him with her.

So yeah, only with the farmer.

• My non-romantic OTP for this character

Him and Sam seem to be really good friends. Sebastian despite being a big introvert who prefer spending 95% time alone, still makes time for Sam. And Sam, as an extrovert, tries to socialize Sebastian. I like their friendship. They are together in a band and sometimes play D&D. <33

• My unpopular opinion about this character

I don't really have an unpopular opinion about him, so I have to skip this part. :<

• One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon

More interactions between him and Demetrius. Sebastian being acknowledged by Demetrius. More interactions between him and his family would be nice as well. I don't know how it looks like in the new update because I still need to play it, but in the earlier updates there was nothing. :((

Mafuyu

• How I feel about this character

I like her. Her story always make me so sad and her stories are the ones I always watch fully instead of skipping them.

• All the people I ship romantically with this character

I don't ship her with anyone. I don't feel like any of the characters would be good for her.

• My non-romantic OTP for this character

I really like her friendship with Kanade, they are so close to each other and Mafuyu can also rely on Kanade.

• My unpopular opinion about this character

Maybe not character exactly, but I wanted to write it here because it's related. I think the ship KanaFuyu is toxic and I don't really like this ship. Yes, they're good friends but they're also so dependent on each other. Kanade took a huge responsibility to save Mafuyu, what's not really so good because she does it with the cost of her own health, putting this pressure on herself. And Mafuyu allowing this pressure to exist by expecting Kanade to save her.

They both need a professional help in general.

• One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

I wish Mafuyu was sent to an actual therapist. Her problems are bad enough and she has a hard time finding out who she really is. She can still try with her friends, but it would be easier and safer for her to manage her thoughts and emotions with a professional.

Q-Taro

• How I feel about this character

I was really neutral towards him until the end of the 3 chapter. Damn, it hit me really hard... This is when I started liking him a lot. How could he do this to me... How could he make me like him after his death... 😞

• All the people I ship romantically with this character

He's another character I ship with no one. I'm quite fond of Mai and Q-Taro ship, but I personally ship him with no one.

• My non-romantic OTP for this character

Q-Taro and Keiji acting like older brothers towards Gin is my favourite part of YTTD. Of course Q-Taro started acting like this much later, but still. I wanted to cry so much when Q-Taro's dummy was talking to Gin in the end. Like man... It hurt me so deeply...

• My unpopular opinion about this character

I have no idea if this is unpopular or no, but I kinda don't blame him for betraying everyone in that one ending when he took tokens and inserted them into the vending machine to leave. I can understand he was scared enough and he didn't know that everyone else will die because of this. And when he finally found out, I think it was too late for him mentally to backtrack because he had this possibility to come back to safety and this situation was too extreme.

• One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon

I have no idea what I wish (I actually have but social norms don't allow me to mention his ass and tits), so unfortunately I have to skip this part as well. :((
