Living with anxiety like

Checks for keys, checks for wallet, checks for Important Things I Need, checks to make sure door is locked. All is well. Gets in car and puts keys in ignition. Stops. Checks for keys, checks for wallet, checks for Important Things I Need, did I lock the door? All is well. Starts car and pull out of driveway and drives farther and farther from home. Do I have keys, do I have wallet, do I have Important Things I Need, did I lock the door? Frets the whole way to my destination, never knowing if I'm just being paranoid or not.
