Happy Holidays. [The smut is coming, but I wanted to get you some at least before Midnight. :) ]
The wind howled from outside the cabin, the blast of frigid air almost freezing the windows closed as the auburn haired SOLDIER stormed inside. “Whose idea was it to send us to the ass end of nowhere anyway?” How Genesis Rhapsodos had gotten roped into this trip with the young trooper that he’d been inappropriately eying for months was beyond him, but he knew he hated the cold with every ounce of his being. He’d been born in a warm climate, and this wasn’t helping his temper any at all. “Set your bags down on the bed, I’ll take care of them as soon as I don’t feel like my important bits are freezing off.”
Cloud simply nodded. The cadet had not even known how he’d drawn the attention of the SOLDIER, though he could feel the man’s eyes on him every time they were inside the same room. The stares made him color a bit, the way those eyes roved over his body every time he moved. “Do I have something on my clothes?” The boy from Nibelheim asked as he felt them on him again.
That drew a chuckle from Genesis, he couldn’t help himself really, the way the young man shifted uncomfortably under his gaze made him want to make him squirm some more. “Nothing on them, but I certainly like what I see in them.” The choke he received in return made him smirk. “Oh, surprised I’d be interested in you, are you?”
“Maybe a little.” Cloud confessed, drawing his fingers through blond spikes as he tried to get back into his own comfort zone. He wasn’t sure what to make of Genesis being attracted to him, he didn’t feel attractive if he had to be honest with himself. But the way the older man’s eyes traveled his frame said the attractionw as very much there. He also had to admit that Genesis was attractive.
As they got their things unpacked, Cloud looked all around the room, noting the lights everywhere. “It’s that time of year.” he said, then smiled a bit. “So, what do you want for Yule?” he asked as he slipped his clothing into one of the drawers.
“Someone to keep me warm.” The fiery male noted how again Cloud’s face colored, he was enjoying this far more than he likely should, but it was cute the way the younger man fidgeted every time he hit on him.
Cloud was beginning to be aroused, even as Genesis walked to the bar and grabbed them each a mulled cider. “Thank you.” He took a few sips, it didn’t take long for the alcohol in the cider to affect his judgement and the flirting began to get to him.
The crackling of the fire made Genesis’ eyes seem to almost glow from within, and the soft music set the mood, the warmth of the apple flavored drink making him more bold than he normally would be as he breathed against Cloud’s ear. “You, a soft mattress, and warm blankets. I think it’d keep me warm very very well.” he murmured and grinned.
The breath against Cloud’s ear made a few tingles run up his spine, and he squirmed, unsure what he should do. He wasn’t used to someone coming on this strong, not at all. “Y-yeah?” Cloud, come on, you’re stuttering, this isn’t attractive at all. he scolded himself, even as his head turned almost on its own.
Genesis took advantage of that with his lips closing over Cloud’s in a swearing kiss, a smirk curling up his own as he did. He wondered just how far he could push before the young man drew back.
