When Amy took the throne she wanted to create a council of those closet to her, those who were not just opened minded but not afraid to speak up when need be and so she choose these main four and with their help she was able to bring not just Snottingham but many of their allying kingdoms to a much stronger and better home for many.

quick hc where richie is sick and Eddie comes over and just sits on Richie’s lap and cuddles him and makes him feel better. I need more of eddie sitting on Richie’s lap

I am changing this to hc’s about when Eddie gets sick. Because since he is a germaphobe, no way would he TOUCH Richie when Trashmouth is sick. And thank you @reddies-spaghetti for literally writing half this because my brain was like HOW DO WRITE?! You are the best. Be warned this is fluffy as fuck

Eddie is a strong and stubborn lad who does not like to be taken care of

He will always take care of his friends as Dr. K, Richie’s stupid nickname for him, but he does not like them taking care of him

When he broke his arm, he screamed at Richie not to FUCKING TOUCH HIM but that did not work as he snapped his arm into place

He went through the humiliation of Richie and Bill having to half carry him out of the water in the Quarry after

Then Mike lifting him like a baby into a damn bicycle basket 

As internally grateful as he was, them having to take care of him was THE WORST

Now, when he gets sick as in cold/flu, he just wants to take medicine and sleep until it passes

But he is living with Richie now in their apartment, which means when he gets the chicken pox, Richie decides to play nurse

Like Richie literally goes out, gets nurse scrubs with ducks on them, and takes care of Eddie

Richie already had it as a toddler, so he is not worried about getting sick

What he is worried about is how cuddly Eddie is being?!

Like when Richie makes him soup, Eddie rejects it and says he just wants Richie to spoon him

Normally Richie is little spoon, but he will do it for Eds

He wraps an arm around Eddie’s feverish body, and cuddles him from behind

They end up napping because the small space heater boyfriend is very comfy

Later, when Eddie is sitting on the couch watching FRIENDS and telling Richie how they are exactly like Monica and Chandler, he watches an episode where Monica is sitting in Chandler’s lap

He gets up with the blanket he has draped around him and plops on Richie’s lap

Richie readjusts letting Eddie’s head be next to his as he wraps his arms around his waist

The position is comfortable for a while but then Eddie shifts and brings his legs onto the couch while still sitting on Richie’s lap

Richie lets one hand stay around his waist and the other drape across Eddie’s thigh drawing lazy circles on his skin.

Eddie literally lets out a relaxed sigh, curling more into Richie’s lap and every now and again he would let out a small breath when Richie’s fingers brush over a sensitive spot on his thigh.

Richie is so confused because Eddie hates being ‘taken care of’ when he’s sick, but he’s not about to complain when he gets to hold him so close.

He is also really tempted to take a picture because he knows that Eddie will probably outright deny how cuddly he was.

So he takes out his phone and takes a quick selfie and makes it his screensaver, which Eddie groans about how he looks terrible but is too sick to fight him

At some point, Eddie gets really squirmy in his lap and Richie knows that the itching has returned. So without pause, Richie just scoops Eddie up into his arms and carries him to bed.

Eddie is scratching now, and Richie has to remind him not to, or he would go and get the oven mitts from the kitchen.

Eddie lets out this whimper, but he stops scratching long enough for Richie to pull off the light shirt his is wearing and reach for the bottle of chamomile lotion on the bedside table. 

He gently moves Eddie onto his stomach and squeezes the lotion onto his back and Eddie lets out a sigh of relief at the soothing comfort it brings

Once Richie is done with his back, he does the rest of Eddie’s itching body, smiling as he relaxes back onto the bed.

They lay there for about ten minutes so the lotion could set, and then Richie sits up with his back against the headboard and pulls Eddie back into his lap, holding him close.

”Thanks Rich” Eddie says softly.

”Anytime Eds” Richie says as he kisses his forhead
