Queen/Goddess Celestia and... Sunny skies??

- Yeeea... Technically Celestia is "dead" or rather.. she left the terrenal plane permanently after the banishment of nightmare moon. The kingdom during all those years was kept in the helmets of the strict "committee" of canterlot unicorns.

-Although, as a magical entity of a higher level. Tia has the ability to observe everything from her pocket dimension (the domain) or descend to equestria like a "normal" pegasus... nothing suspicious i guess

had an apple moon thought about Queen Celestia I wanted to draw out, because I never want her to have like a Nightmare Moon equivalent but I do want some kind of physical change to represent her coming apart close to the end I was thinking something like this. She no longer cares to maintain her physical form and all the colours run together in a plasma-like smear.

Queen Celestia Redesign!

I have always hated Celestia's design in the show, so I really wanted to redesign her - the white coat and aurora hair just didn't fit a sun ruler, so I changed the white coat to yellow shades to fit the sun theme better, and a dawn theme in her hair.

I also decided to make her blind - which happens when Chrysalis attacks Celestia during "A Canterlot Wedding" as there is no way that attack didn't do more damage.

I love God Queen Celestia, you love God Queen Celestia, we all love God Queen Celestia.

Celestia in this universe is a weird alicorn supremacist 😬. When She & Luna grew up in Skyros they were always taught Alicorns were naturally superior than all other ponies because of their power, immortality, and appearance (usually a combo of at least 3 pony types.)

Given that the girls didn't have much outside experience, how could they? Skyros is literally a higher plain or reality. The only other experience they had with other ponies were the flightless unicorns that held alicorns as gods, their own mother being one of them.

After they had to flee Skyros, being raised by starswirl, celestia no longer had a connection with the higher plain. She just couldn't reach out... It sounded so ... empty. This feeling knawed at her, driving her mad.

So on top of ruling equestria she began a side project, one Luna detested, she'd bring alicorns back, bring them to Equestria. She wanted them to be pure alicorns, but she & Luna were the only ones left -- by the time Luna was gone she was the only one left. And Celestia can't have children.

With no relatives from her alicorn side she decides her unicorn side will have to do, equestrian citizens won't know the difference. She makes a curse to turn any pony into an alicorn, she turns cadence into an alicorn when she is 7 years old. And it works, she cursed a child with immortality, they don't look entirely right but it's good enough! She does the same with the blue blood and later Twilight.

When flurry heart is born she has succeeded, true alicorns have been brought to Equestria.
