Ho hay Gee Kay
I had a perfect night. Individually I raised $25,000 for GK and collectively as the TX4GK branch we raised almost $250,000. And not to mention I was crowned Miss GK :-))))) literally this day felt like it would never come all the fundraisers and begging for sponsorships and research paid off today. Gawad Kalinga is a community and sustainability building charity based in the Philippines aiming to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by 2024. And now thanks to all the support I, and the rest of the candidates received, that goal is just that much closer to coming to fruition. I DREAKING love being Filipino. That just might be my favorite aspect of myself. I love the Philippines and I get to go there for free this summer did I mention it's free :-)))) my mom really showed out she never stopped pushing me to do more and because of that I have this crown on my head (not literally I took it off an hour ago) but yeah I'm tired and I've seen enough bad dancing tonight to last me for another GK ball so s/o to all the pear
