Prompt:  “ Did you do something different with your hair? ”

As everyone, especially the band knows, Brian is the king of hair despite all of Roger’s efforts

He’ll constantly get you to rub moisturising gel through his hair after his morning workout showers, as he loves the feeling of your fingers gently running through his locks

In turn, he always brushes out your hair before the two of you go to bed, loving how it always smells of coconut and honey, and how it runs smoothly through his long, tired hands

Therefore, in order to surprise him on your anniversary date, where he announced he was taking you dancing, you decided to cut your hair for the occasion and surprise him

When he came to pick you up from the studio, the wide-eyed and opened mouth gaze he gave you was exactly what you had hoped for

However he was too in shock to say anything for the rest of the car journey, just sneaking glances at you every so often as his face turned redder and redder

When you two had arrived, he pulled you close into his chest as you started to sway in time to the beat, placing his head on top of yours before murmuring, ‘ did you do something different with your hair?’

This made the two of you burst out laughing, and everyone turned to look at you both curiously, whilst you just kept looking at each other with such looks of love and devotion, your laughs dieing out to chuckles

He cups your face gently, giving you a twinkling smile before twirling you and saying, ‘yep, it’s definitely a new shampoo. Smells more like strawberries.’

You grin as he says, ‘Ooh, actually, have you dyed it a bit lighter? You can’t really notice the difference.’

You hit him slightly on the chest as he leans down to kiss you gently, laughing slightly as he says, ‘just wait until I tell Roger. He’s going to be so jealous he now has the third best hair in the band.’

Deceitful: Prompt #10

The youngest princess, known for her gentleness and poor health had been given as a political chess piece to a neighboring king. The neighboring king had fallen madly and deeply in love with the frail princess when he first laid eyes on her and so offered a contract for her hand.

The man she was given to was wonderful, handsome, kind, the very king that would be forever remembered because of his admirable soul and kind heart. The people loved their king, and his kingdom was peaceful because of this. It was lovely, truly.

But the young new Queen knew better.

Young and frail she was, but she was sharp and tactful as well. The threat of an unforeseen war was near. She knew that a kind king in this land was not going to survive and neither would his people. She also knew there was no changing her wonderful new husband.

He was after all a good man. A very good man indeed.

So she would kill him and lead her new people and keep them alive.

They would survive because of her yes, though, they would never thank her for what she was going to do to keep them alive.

Her destiny was to topple this broken royal court and kill the king.

Her husband, the king, would kill them all with his pursuit of honor. He was kind yes, but not wise.

In a different life their lives together would have been perfect.

He had only ever been gentle with her, completely enthralled by her it seemed. She would have been delighted to marry a man as kind and loving as him, but it would never happen in this life.

Finding love with a king was not her destiny.

Never mind that her handmaiden had been the spy. Never mind that she would be executed. She loved her. That was all that mattered. And with a broken heart, there was nothing left to live for.

60s Froger Record Store AU

60s Froger au: Freddie goes to a record store, looking to buy a Jimi Hendrix vinyl when he runs into a certain blonde haired beauty.

The store doesn’t have the copy he’s looking for, but Roger does. He ends up back at his place and listens to the record and finds that he has much in common with Roger. He develops feelings, but fears rejection, and for awhile keeps them secret.

After many weeks of trying to forget Roger, they run into each other again, and he finds out Roger likes him too.
