Having high standards isn't being picky. It's being self-aware.

It means you've done the work. You know your worth. You’ve cried through lessons, grown through pain, and now you’ve built a filter that says: “I no longer accept the bare minimum dressed up as love, effort, or respect.”

High standards are your shield. They block the breadcrumbing, the emotionally unavailable, the inconsistent, the chaotic, the low-effort, the “almost”s.

Because when you set the bar higher, only those willing to rise to meet you get access to your energy, your heart, your world.
