Heyyy love!!! So I’m gonna go with 10, 22, and 23 for the questions!!! Love ya!!! 💜💜💜💜
10. What’s your happy place? Why?
Mentally, that happy place changes pretty much every day. Sometimes it’s imagining myself in the country, on a beach, or somewhere exotic. Sometimes it’s the thought of being curled up in a cozy bed or charming home. Sometimes it’s a place for just me, sometimes it’s a daydream of my ideal polyamorous relationship, sometimes it’s just me and (insert whatever celebrity my brain wants to fantasize about that day) on a date or dancing around the kitchen and making pancakes.
Daydreaming is one of my favorite things to do, and I do it all the time. My brain can conjure up an infinite amount of happy places to go and every day, every hour, it’s different.
Physically, it’s outside in nature. Hell, it doesn’t even have to be like IN nature, just outside in the back yard or pulled off on the side of a back road. Usually under the moon, but somewhere where I can breathe fresh air and feel the wind on my face and connect with my mother earth.
I spent a lot of time outside as a kid and we lived in the desert with not too many houses around us, so the light polution was low and the wind was always there. So for me, being outside in the wind is kinda nostalgic and like, the nature version of comfort food.
22. Which songs make you happy?
Ok so I’ve been wanting to make a playlist of all the songs that get me PUMPED but I just haven’t done it yet so thank you because now I have an excuse to get all the links in one place! It’s eclectic. It doesn’t make sense. Hell, I don’t even understand it. There’s more than this but here are some of the ones that came off the top of my head. Each and every one always has me pumped and stoked, or just in a good, happy mood afterward.
Stuntman Mike (not a song, but this clip never fails)
I Just Don’t Think I’ll Ever Get Over You
23. Talk about something in a TV show, movie, or book that made you smile recently.
In the past couple of days I watched Avengers, Iron Man 3, and this funny little romcom with Sam Rockwell and Anna Kenrick called Mr. Right.
I just like, really love Sam Rockwell and in the film he plays a very light-hearted assassin who dances and wears nice suits/vests and Ana Kendrick is like, legit crazy in it. It’s feel good in such a goofy and odd way. And watching Avengers and Iron Man I just got all the ooey gooey Tony Feels. He’s such a bastard but I love him. So I guess this is just a workaround to me just gushing about Sam Rockwell and RDJ lol.
Thank you so much for sending me some numbers. If anyone else wants to send me things I’d be SUPER FUCKIN’ HAPPY.
