And we bid farewell to The XXL Commonwealth Games at the Gold Coast. We began heading home at the right time, empty trains and empty trams. The past 11 days and the build up to the GC2018 has been quite interesting as well as exhausting. Either babysitting my sibilings while my mum headed to her shifts apart of her volunteering at the games or attending events and being confused as hell at how something is played. I mentioned in one of my previous posts that the last time the Queens Baton came through Queensland was about 18years ago when it was travelling down to Sydney (i think it was down there?) and that was when my mum took the little toddler verison of me and I sure as hell don't remember that. But this time, these 2018 Games,I will remember with the help of all the photos and videos I captured and also with the help of facebook memories. Even though my mum and I had to deal with the complains of my sibilings who'd rather be at the shops or at home but we dragged them along and they got a kick of out it too..eventually..Ain't that the joys of kids? I do have a few major complains about the merch and the public transport but not only have I voiced my opinions already but so have others. Speaking to most of the overseas teams was nice and hearing their thoughts of the Gold Coast was pretty cool, they all said the same thing..pretty much. Now to wait for the 2022 games even though i'll just be watching the opening ceremony when it hits Australian tv screens. #gc2018 #goldcoast2018 #commonwealthgames #xxlcommonwealthgames #doctorwho #whovian #channel7 #7news #blackmilkclothing #qbr2018 #queensbaton #queensbaton2018 #fourthdoctor
