can you tell me a bit about will and vincent's relationship? like is it a happy one? how do they cope with seperation? how does will tolerate vincent's sleaziness?
oh yes!!
i’d say that their relationship is reasonably happy–they certainly deserve each other, even if her friends and logan don’t necessarily approve of her choice of husband. he keeps her happy with gifts and a lot of sex affection, and she keeps him happy with status/money/sex. I can imagine that there’s a part of her that’s amused by him, a commoner, becoming her prince-consort (since she herself was raised outside of the nobility until she was like 10).
in terms of separation, they do relatively well–neither of them are particularly clingy people, and seeing even too much of each other can sometimes lead to more conflict. even so, there are times where, though he’d never admit it i’m certain, vincent misses her! and hopefully it’s hard to be sleazy with will-- she has a relatively high upkeep for him and baby julia!
