Nerri, and Daniel are primarily attracted to men, Viridia is grey ace. Nerri is genderfluid.

Valnar is not one for labels or boxes, but queer he would accept.

Ciero is pansexual, Celia is ace, Luna is primarily attracted to those with a more feminine presentation.

Anaka is a lesbian.

Worldbuilding for them has been interesting, the realization that the terms and context that we have wouldn’t exist for them.

The primary language the Lereshians speak doesn’t gender second or third person pronouns, everyone is you or they. But personal pronouns are gendered.

Their standards of beauty prize a fluid, androgynous appearance, and there aren’t gender roles like we have. It’s been a fun journey trying to unlearn alot of things to write their world.

A world where maybe all of it isn’t perfect, but there are plenty of places where what matters is what’s inside. What your heart tells you.
