Queer Naturism/Ecology Pride Flag
Queer naturalism/naturism (naturqueer) or queer ecology (ecoqueer): an endeavor to understand nature, biology, and eco-friendly sexuality (ecosexuality) in the light of queer theory; or a queer set of ecoanarchism (ecoanarqueer or anecoqueer), horosexual sexecology, and geosexual forms of queer nudism
I was looking through that queerisms blog and a lot of their tags are really weird? As in, they seem to be autogenerated and completely unmoderated kind of weird - which might be the best faith interpretation I could give.
Like, I first noticed that they seem to put some form of "trans nsfw", "ftm nsfw", "mtf nsfw" regardless of the content if trans people were ever mentioned and I was ready to get even more annoyed but then they were also sometimes doing the same to "lgbt nsfw" and such.
Then I started noticed that they got the genders wrong A Lot. I don't mean that they just mixed up trans men and trans women or ftm and mtf but they were also getting cis people's genders wrong such as having tagged "lesbian" on a post about gay men but not gay men or "gay men" on a post that had nothing to do with them.
I also realised that they were adding things like "masc4femme" onto screenshots of random tumblr users talking where neither of those labels are even mentioned or putting "gay couple" on a twitter post that wasn't about relationships and where nobody even responded.
And sometimes they mass tag with a bunch of random labels and other times they are really specific (but often wrong) and there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to it. At least once I saw a post by the same guy get completely different tags in two different posts and none seemed to have to do with what he was actually saying in either post.
But then other times the tags will be specific to the topic at hand such as when talking about strikes or tagging phrases from the post itself.
None of it seems to be consistent and while trans people get screwed over the most, a lot of the weird misgendering and mislabelled content gets a applied to cis people's posts as well (albeit less often). A ton of it is also just? Really random and unrelated?
Idk what is going on. If it really is autogenerated then it needs significantly better moderation because it is still being queerphobic (especially transphobic) with the nsfw crap. If there IS an actual human being behind those tags then unless they are trying to avoid staff's bullshit I do not trust them at all. I'm not even sure if I would trust them anyways but right now all I can figure out is that it's weird.
Posting this because people need to see.
