'the chart’ going viral. - THE L WORD
Hey as someone who was until very recently Deadly Afraid of needles and is on T, it helps to start by having someone you trust do your shot for a bit, and reward yourself every time it's done. (I gotta bag of candy that I gave myself one every time afterwards) Hype yourself up for the Boy Juice, and generally try to turn the nervous adrenaline to excited. It's hard to do it yourself for the first time if you ever want to do it indipendantly but once you manage it once or twice it stops being so scary. There's also a neat little spiky pad thing for holding around the area so you can't even feel it, which also makes it less scary. Though I can't remember the name I've heard it also helps!
Oh my gosh thank you for this message!! I completely forgot about that spikey pad thing. Ill have to look it up later. I’ll definitely try these things out when the time comes!!
Happy trans day of visibility 2018 ! ☺
i thought i could participate on here ... i’m not usually wearing make-up tho; i was just practicing for all the drag shows ahead of me ^^” [ey/em or just they/them]
Just found out 1. the public healthcare system in canada doesn’t cover the costs for out-patient medication and 2. TESTOSTERONE GEL IS SO FUCKING EXPENSIVE????
Nothing is better than randomly seeing a group of queer people in a public space. Just seeing pride/pronoun pins in The Wild or a gnc person makes me feel so much safer.
Me a few months ago: Man I'm so lucky I don't have voice dysphoria :))
Me now: I
Largely i feel like most queer discourse i see on this site falls under the same category in which i place most christian discourse. Like christians will argue about yknow. This religion says Jesus was fully human and this one says he was fully human AND fully divine and and and- but like My Brother In Christ do u actually think, when someone dies, god is like "sorry actually u had all of it right exceeepttt actually mary had sex after she had jesus so to HELL with you" cause if he does thats Wack. And then queer discourse on this site is like "ummm actually TME applies to these people/lesbians can be men/the a stands for ally asexual blah blah blah" and both these groups need to take a step back and realize that literally the only thing u need to do in this godforsaken life is love yr fellow humans as best as u are able and treat people how u want to be treated.
This is my first photo; it will only go down from here. Thank you.
