i have a really conflicted + ambivalent relationship with that, especially now, mostly due to internalized shame w/r/t spirituality. i am principled, and i am committed to those principles, and i believe i have a purpose in life. but i’m still, a probably always will be, “wrestling” / untangling my relationship to gd, if applicable, and to the concepts of prayer/worship.

-NFWMB- Is there anything you would protect with your life?

several, but one is my belief in bodymind autonomy, like i refuse to go back into a closet in terms of my sexuality / gender and i am going to do everything i can in life not to compromise on being open about who and what i am, because looking back, a life in hiding wasn’t and isn’t worth living

i miss an old friend from high school. i fucked up the whole relationship & we havent spoken in years but sometimes i rly rly miss her.

no fucking way. high school sucked, especially bc i went to a private catholic school.  i wouldn’t go back unless you paid me an exorbitant amount of money.

you’re not the only person I know who’s Jewish and Muslim and I think it’s great ! Ppl do have a very limited idea of interfaith (usually assuming it’s only Jewish/Christian) and that there isn’t multitudes to it. Ur always welcome to RB my Jewish posts :)

Yeah I didn’t want to say jewish/christian interfaith people are like....accepted cause that’s obviously a gross oversimplification of issues but that definitely is the only kind of interfaith ppl seem to comprehend on any level........ also! ty shgdgh

Are you religious/spiritual?Yes !! I’m Jewish , and I guess I’m also spiritual in the sense of believing in spirits , ghosts , etc because my Indigenous mob’s culture is very spiritual as well .

Writing (either in a journal or my poetry/creative fic)5. Drawing/sketching/art . I sketch on a lot of school resources , draw semi-reguarly , and make finished artwork every two months or so lol

Could you live as a hermit?I’m not sure !! I would love to just live in an isolated area in the bush , maybe have a farmhouse and keep a lot of native plants + some chickens , a goat , some dogs , but I also like the city and how eccentric it all is . So maybe when I’m retired / ready to have kids ??

i love it when people call me by my last name; also people call me sar! & my parents sometimes call me "lynnie", after my middle name.

high low middle by my brightest diamond; real men by mitski; diamond mine by hopalong ...there are more but those three are Big Sarah

Leo- If you could change the way any movie was made, which movie would you change?

ooh, good question, especially hard bc i don't really watch movies! i think in general i'd discourage the adaptation of books into mainstream big budget movies, in favor of independent approaches to smaller books and/or making movies Just as movies and books Just as books? there's something to be said for receiving a piece of creative work in its native form and there are plenty of ideas that are best suited for film, and those that are best suited for the page, and there doesn't have to be a movie franchise around all popular novels

Bootes- If you could have any animal, wild or not, fake or not, which would you want?

i would love to have a sheep, but like, one with wings? a 2-headed sheep, with wings? as a dæmon (speaking of absolutely shitty movies based on fantastic books.....)
