guerilla marketing: worst buy edition
I just paid 12.74 (shipping included) for FOUR cables that cost 39.99 EACH at Worst Buy
For a guerilla marketing strategy, or just to stir up some competition in the marketplace, take some of their price tags and slightly photoshop them.
Mock them to look like Worst Buy but have internet prices and the website to order from within the usual product details, and swap them out with the originals in the store.
Try and do this during their daily afternoon rush, because it won't last long. It's not hard to check every price tag in the store with several employees; but who knows, they could be completely incompetent and it could be awesome.
