It’s not the first time Quin’s had to spend quite a while without Jesse before. It’s just that he’s never really missed him as much as he did this time. So, when Jesse called for Quin to pick him up from the airport, he had to pretend not to be as excited as he felt. Just to be a little shit, though, he waits among the line of chauffeurs, holding a sign with the word ‘BRO’ in big, bold letters. “Hey!” he shouts as soon as he spots Jesse, waving for him to come over, resisting the urge to grin like a fucking idiot. “Fuck, man, It’s been way too long.” Damn it.
