Find That Soul | Miria & Colt
Late nights always yielded the night owls. That's why he chose the most popular party night as his ticket to brief fame. The spotlight typically wasn't his favorite place to be. But he made the exception when it came to music.
Music was his passion. It was the reason he got up in the morning, these days. To play those tunes, to see the happy faces that enjoyed them. So this Friday night, he was jamming it live in his hometown's favorite bar, The Bar.
On stage, he rocked it loud and rocked it proud, singing a fast-paced tune with a sweet female who would duet with him from time to time. The song had a rockabilly or psychobilly sound to it, making it unique for this time period.
"Rita," he sang, "where have you gone? I've been missin' you for far too looong!" His voice was deep. A sweet baritone that echoed through the microphone with emotion and passion, even in a speedy song like this. "I feel so blue, haven't you heard? I am the lonesome rider, hear the lonesome rider's call hooome!"
His female counterpart would sing various verses and duet on the choruses, before he ended the song and waited for the crowd to get their claps out. When he had the chance, he thanked the bar for their support, asking if they wanted to hear more. The response was beautiful, with lots of cheers and hands showing their horns. With that, he grinned and began to strum, blue eyes looking at all the faces.
