You're giving me more AU ideas what will never come? Ok

The worst what could happen, is to discover your powers in public. Kendall was just 12, he got in fight. The bullies hit him and throw him on the ground, but strangely, he felt no pain on his cheek as it touched the floor. His skin turned grey and became hard, like a shell around the delicate body. As surprised as he was, everyone around was disgusted. He didn't know what was worse, to be punched in the face or called a freak. Someone even called for ambulance, moving him to the hospital in order to examine him.

He spent two years under the keen eye of doctors. He wasn't a child anymore, they turned him into a lab rat, experimenting on him, pushing him to his limits. But thanks to them, he discovered who he really was. A mutant with skin turning into adamantium, immune to radiation and most toxins.

Kendall run away, but he was lost. As much as he wanted to return to his family, he knew there was no place for him there anymore. He was on his own now, trying as much as he could to be out of sight.

The Hunger Games and Nate

He was lucky to be not the part of the Games. He would die before he would even start to think about running. His mind was too weak to bear the cruelty. Good he was never living in any known districts anymore. Hid underground, Nathaniel is great part in District 13. Every day, he worked and worked on something new, not realising he was actually designing the new weapon to fight in the 2nd Rebellion. It was truly a shock for him, to see young men and women, holding in their hand something of his very idea.

But he couldn't help that now, hoping for better times to come

The Walking Dead and Kate

Her whole family is dead. Dead or somewhere out of her reach. She is not even sure if they are still alive. You would expect someone to end their life after loss so great, but not Catherine. She was too strong for that. It wasn't easy to find a place in the new world, but no one like her could adapt so well. And she was better on her own with just two knives and a bow. She found the best shelter on the trees, where she could rest and hide. It was even easier to live in a ruined town, once she spotted a place high enough to have everything in sight. Eventually, the others came over, some stayed with her, some only passed by. But every time someone new was approaching, they all have one rule.

There is no safe passage if you are not willing to give something in return.

Hathor clapped her hands giddily as the street performance drew to a close and the gathered crowd dissipated. Still enjoying the effects of the adulation she turned to the person beside her and smiled.

"Did you see those dancers? Weren't they talented?"
